The Groundbreaking ceremony for the Changui Xiuning New Plant project was grandly held on August 5. Wang Zhengzhong, Chairman of the Company, Li Hongzhi, Vice‑Chairman and General Manager, the entire management team and some staff representatives gathered at the site to witness an important milestone in the company’s development history, marking the official launch of the construction of Changhui modern industrial base in Xiuning.

Planned to cover nearly 100mu with a total investment of 360 million yuan, the Xiuning New District project will be built in two phases to form a modern industrial base integrating R&D and innovation, intelligent manufacturing and supporting facilities for production and living. Upon full completion and operation, the base is expected to generate an operating scale of over 2 billion yuan, effectively building a brand‑new Changhui in Xiuning. General Manager Li stated that the construction of the new district represents a crucial step for the company’s capacity expansion and upgrading. He called on all employees to unite and make continuous efforts to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, drive further performance growth and achieve another round of doubled business volume.

Subsequently, Wang Zhengzhong, Chairman of Changhui ,took the floor to elaborate on the long‑term strategic layout behind the new‑district project. More than 50 years ago, Changhui’s predecessors set up factories in Xiuning and focused on the automotive electrical appliances business.
